Imagine this: you’ve had a busy day and by the afternoon you’re really in need of a power nap. Just a quick recharge before tackling the rest of your to-do list. You close your eyes for 20 minutes… but it quickly turns into 2 hours. Before you know it, you’ve fallen into a deep sleep and wake up feeling completely disoriented. Everyone keeps telling you the same thing: “Watch out for blue light!” “The light from your phone is terrible for your sleep!” “If you want to sleep well, you’d better stay away from your phone!” And so on.
In the end, it all comes down to the same message: the blue light from your smartphone has a negative effect on your sleep and, as a result, on how refreshed you feel when you wake up in the morning. But how big is that effect really? -

Back in the day, when everything was supposedly better though not entirely “we” used to sleep under blankets, like those pastel-coloured woollen ones, where you’d sometimes wake up in the middle of winter to find frost on them. These stories resurface in the family every year around January or February.
The nostalgia is wonderful, but we’re all very glad that our homes are now better insulated and the frost stays nicely outside. And, perhaps even more importantly, that a 4 seasons duvet is now available to everyone. But what exactly is a 4 seasons duvet? We’ll explain it here.

Snoozing is a global health problem. There, I’ve said it. I probably won’t make myself popular with that statement, but I’m going to say it anyway. Snoozing is addictive and it’s unhealthy, and yet almost all of us do it again every morning.
