Silvana Saphir (Soft) Pillow
The Silvana Saphir pillow is the second softest option in the Silvana Support range. Thanks to its built-in neck support with a dedicated notch, the Saphir encourages a natural alignment of your spine while sleeping. Your shoulder fits perfectly into the shoulder contour, allowing both your head and shoulders to receive optimal support.
The soft and supple Saphir pillow is filled with Suprelle® Fresh Eco and Tencel® a combination of soft, environmentally friendly, moisture-absorbing synthetic fibres and Tencel, a 100% natural material that’s as soft as silk and absorbs up to 150% more moisture than cotton. This guarantees a dry and comfortable sleeping environment.
The pillow includes two zips:
- The zip at the bottom allows you to remove the neck support. Once removed, the pillow is washable.
- The zip at the top allows you to adjust the filling either adding more for extra height or removing some if you prefer a lower pillow.

We understand how difficult it can be to choose from the many Silvana Support models. That’s why we offer a free exchange service.
If the support pillow you received turns out to be too firm or too soft, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt by completing [this return form]. Once you’ve received your return label, you’ll then have another 24 hours to return the pillow to us. We kindly ask that you test the pillow as you would in our showroom. pillows that have been slept on cannot be exchanged.

The Silvana Support Saphir Pillow
With the Silvana Saphir pillow (yes, the one with the little faces), everyone can enjoy a truly restful night’s sleep. Neck support pillows are widely recognised by experts and millions of satisfied users as offering the best quality of rest. That said, some people experience the neck support as a little restrictive, as if it forces them into a specific sleep position. Not everyone finds that comfortable.
That’s not the case with the shoulder contour built into the neck support of the Silvana Saphir. Its yoke-shaped contour gently follows the curve of your head and neck, while still providing the support needed to keep your spine correctly aligned whether you sleep on your back or your side.
The pillow features three upper sections with varying filling to promote a relaxed spinal position: your head sinks slightly more when lying on your back and rests a little higher when on your side. The wedge shape ensures the filling stays where it belongs under your head, not pushed to the top of the pillow.
Vita Talalay Latex Neck Support

The Silvana Support pillow itself is not washable. That’s why we recommend using a Silvana molton pillowcase. This protective cover significantly extends the lifespan of your pillow and ensures a hygienic, fresh, and clean sleeping experience.
