Organic duvet cover
Our organic duvet covers are made from 100% organic cotton or Tencel. What makes these organic cotton covers unique is that they are honest and pure. The hand-picked cotton is grown in an environmentally friendly way and traded fairly and that makes for truly restful sleep. Throughout the production process, strict checks ensure the duvet cover is produced “cleanly” and that fair trade principles are followed. For example, the cotton is bleached with oxygen rather than chlorine. Formaldehyde and dyes containing harmful heavy metals are not used. This clean production method is not only better for the environment, but also means these organic cotton duvet covers are highly recommended for people with sensitive skin.
Tencel® is a 100% natural material and is fully biodegradable. The raw material is wood sourced from sustainably managed plantations. It has been awarded the European PEFC quality mark and the international FSC certification. Tencel® has received numerous awards for its environmentally friendly production process.
