The Silvana Emerald pillow is washable (please remove the neck support first), helping to maintain a clean and hygienic sleep environment. A molton pillowcase included for free with your Silvana Support Emerald pillow adds an extra layer of hygiene and significantly extends the lifespan of your pillow.

We understand how difficult it can be to choose the right pillow from the many Silvana Support models. That’s why we offer a free exchange service.

If the support pillow you’ve received turns out to be too firm or too soft, simply let us know within 24 hours of receipt by filling in [this return form]. Once you’ve received your return label, you’ll have another 24 hours to send the pillow back.

We do ask that you test the pillow as you would in our showroom. Please note that pillows that have been slept on cannot be exchanged.

The Silvana Support Emerald Pillow

With the Silvana Emerald pillow (yes, the one with the little faces), everyone can enjoy a truly restful night’s sleep. Neck support pillows are widely recognised by both experts and millions of satisfied users as offering the best sleep quality. That said, some people find the neck support on traditional pillows a bit uncomfortable, as though it forces them into one fixed sleeping position. And not everyone likes that.

That’s not the case with the shoulder contour in the neck support of the Silvana Emerald. Its yoke-shaped contour gently follows the shape of your head and neck, while still providing the support needed to keep your spine aligned whether you sleep on your back or your side.

The three upper sections of the pillow are filled differently to promote a relaxed spinal position: your head gently sinks in more when lying on your back, and is slightly raised when lying on your side. The wedge-shaped design also ensures that the filling stays where it’s meant to be under your head, not bunched up at the top of the pillow.

The space between your neck and head is gently and resiliently supported by a Vita Talalay® latex neck support. When lying on your side, the neck support leaves your chin free, allowing for easier breathing helping you sleep even more peacefully.
