If the support pillow you’ve received turns out to be too firm or too soft, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by completing [this return form]. Once you’ve received your return label, you’ll then have another 24 hours to return the pillow to us.

We kindly ask that you test the pillow as you would in our showroom, pillows that have been slept on cannot be exchanged.
