Instructions for adjusting the brace to the shape of your jaw and teeth
The adjustment of the braces to your teeth is done by thermoforming. The braces must be heated and softened in water at 80°C. Then you must bite into each of the braces. This procedure can be repeated 2 to 3 times if necessary.

Setting the position of the sleep brace
Generally, a jaw advancement position of 4 to 7 mm is sufficient to reduce snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. The SomnoFit-S brace comes with 8 straps of different lengths. This ensures precise adjustment to guarantee effectiveness and adapt to the needs of each user.
Cleaning the mouthpiece
For daily cleaning, we recommend using a denture cleaner. Immerse the brace in warm water (approx. 35°) with a disinfecting tablet for at least half an hour. You can safely leave a dental brace in this solution all day, but remember to rinse it under running water before placing it back in your mouth.
