The Savanne Spitsbergen 4-Seasons duvet consists of a delightfully light summer duvet (warmth class 4) and a slightly thicker spring/autumn duvet (warmth class 3). The summer and spring/autumn duvets can be easily joined together using pillow snaps, creating a wonderfully warm winter duvet. Enjoy comfortable sleep year-round with the Savanne Spitsbergen 4-Seasons duvet. The spring/autumn duvet features cassette stitching with raised baffles to prevent cold bridges. The summer duvet is stitched in a square pattern, which keeps the duck down and feathers neatly contained within compartments. The ticking (cover) of the Savanne Spitsbergen 4-Seasons duvet is made from 100% percale cotton with a satin piping and features the Nomite® label. Down duvets with the Nomite® label have a very tightly woven outer fabric that prevents house dust mites from penetrating. Additionally, the duvet is equipped with the Downafresh® hygiene label, guaranteeing that the down has been carefully cleaned and dried, ensuring you the best night's sleep. The Savanne Spitsbergen 4-Seasons down duvet is washable at 60°C. However, for a longer lifespan of your down duvet, washing at home is not recommended. Daily airing (by opening a window) and shaking is sufficient to keep your duvet fresh and voluminous. For a thorough cleaning, we recommend taking the duvet to a dry cleaner. This means Weids Wonen & Slapen explicitly informs its suppliers that 'live plucking' is unacceptable, that the origin of raw materials must be stated, and that raw materials from suspicious countries and sources will not be accepted.

DOWNPASS The DOWNPASS certification guarantees the highest material quality and ensures that no down or feathers from live plucking or force-feeding are used. This certificate guarantees that the raw materials are fully traceable to the poultry's breeding area. Regular quality checks are performed by independent third parties. Downafresh greenLine The Downafresh greenLine certification guarantees that our down and feathers meet all hygiene and ecological criteria according to DIN EN 12935. To ensure this, they are tested in a specialized laboratory – for example, to verify that the cleaning agents used protect the environment and that the natural filling material is health-compatible. NOMITE The name of this quality label is derived from the English expression "no mite" and is quite literal. To bear this label, down must have a particularly dense cover fabric. As this is always the case with our products, they are all NOMITE-certified and thus demonstrably suitable for people with house dust mite allergies. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX certifies the environmental friendliness of textiles. To meet this standard, textiles must pass special laboratory and emission tests. All materials used in our bedding products are made from natural and ecologically responsible materials that carry this certification.
