To help us process your exchange or return request as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to register your request using the return form below and include a copy of this form inside the package. This allows us to handle your return more efficiently.

Items that have been specially made to your request or customised to your specific preferences are excluded from exchange and return.
Weids Living and Sleeping may hold you liable for any loss in value if the returned item does not meet the following conditions:
- The item has not been used
- The item is clean, complete, and undamaged
- All labels and tags are still attached to the item
- The original manufacturer’s packaging is, where reasonably possible, undamaged and not written on or covered with stickers
- For mosquito nets, bedding, and bath textiles, the item must not have been removed from the packaging (you may of course open the packaging to see and feel the fabric, but it is not necessary to fully remove the item from the packaging).
How to Return Your Package Correctly
To ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly, it is mandatory that there is always a clear reference to your order inside the box.
What should you do?
- Include the completed return form, or
- Place the original packing slip inside the box, or
- Clearly write at least your order number and name on a note and include it with the return package.
Please note: Without an order number inside the box, we are unable to link your return to your order. This may result in your return not being processed or being processed much later.
Please always make sure it is immediately clear which order the return belongs to.
After registering your return, you can send the package back to us via your local post office. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely, as returns are sent at your own risk.
Preferably use the same box/packaging in which your order was delivered. If you do so, please remember to completely remove the old shipping label from the box. This helps prevent the parcel from accidentally being delivered back to your address
Depending on the value of the contents, we recommend sending your parcel with insured shipping. If something unexpectedly goes wrong during delivery, you will then be able to make a claim with the shipping carrier.
The procedure for larger items (including beds, mattresses, etc.) delivered via transport service works in the same way. The only difference is that you will need to arrange a local transport company yourself to handle the return shipment.
Choose the Right Shipping Carrier! DPD, DHL, UPS or GLS
We kindly request that you preferably send your return via DPD, DHL, UPS, or GLS. All of these carriers have a Parcelshop located at our address, which is open every weekday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that you should therefore not select Saturday delivery.
You may of course also use PostNL or another shipping company. However, PostNL regularly delivers parcels not to our address directly, but to a PostNL Parcelshop approximately 5 kilometres away, with the risk that the parcel may eventually be returned to you as the sender.
Tip! Avoid Your Parcel Being Returned When Shipping with PostNL
If you still decide to send your parcel via PostNL, please use our address not only as the recipient address, but also as the sender address (make sure to include your own name and order number on the second address line).
If your parcel is not delivered to us through the regular delivery route, it will normally remain at the Parcelshop for one week before being returned to the sender. Since you have listed our address as the sender address, the parcel will eventually still reach us.
The only disadvantage is that your return shipment may take more than a week to arrive.
