But our rights are still debated worldwide every day. Even in our safe, democratic Netherlands. To show that human rights are important, the Dutch anti-discrimination services launched the Human Rights Flag in 2020. You can fly the flag at any event where you wish to express respect for Human Rights.
By waving the Human Rights Flag, you signal your solidarity with all living beings on Earth. The flag emphasizes the positive and what we aspire to for the world. The Human Rights Flag belongs to and is for everyone. It is a colorful flag that you can fly on any special occasion. It's not about our nationality (national flag), but a universal flag! What is the Human Rights Flag?
The Human Rights Flag is a colorful flag with a thoughtful design. Many things connect us as humans: we share the earth, the air, and a place under the sun. And however different we may look: as humans, we all consist of DNA.
This special flag is made from durable RPet fibers. RPET stands for recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a plastic made from old PET plastic, such as beverage bottles. A beautiful sustainable choice! The flag measures 70x100 cm. This is a common size and fits perfectly with a 1.5-meter pole (facade flag).

The United Nations (UN) was founded in 1945. One of its main goals was to protect and improve human rights. The United Nations has made treaties and agreements on the protection of human rights, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. These are also addressed within Dutch and European legislation in various laws and agreements.

Step 2 - When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, click the shopping cart button in the top-right corner and then select 'Checkout.' Fill in the order form completely (if you are already logged in, this is not necessary). Then choose your preferred payment method. Each payment option comes with a brief explanation. If you prefer to pay later, select 'Bank Transfer' or 'Riverty' (to pay after receiving your order). You can also pick up your order in person and pay in our showroom by selecting 'Pickup by Appointment.'
Step 3 - Carefully check all your entries at each step and submit the form at the last step by clicking the 'Confirm' button. Before completing the order, you must accept our Terms and Conditions by clicking the acceptance button. By doing so, you agree that our Terms and Conditions are binding. After confirming, you will automatically be directed to a confirmation page with all order details (you will also receive this order confirmation via email). Afterwards, you will receive two more emails: the first contains the invoice, which also serves as your warranty, please keep it safe! The second email contains the shipping confirmation, including a Track & Trace code so you can easily follow your shipment.
