Medium - This is recommended primarily for side and back sleepers. Also for those who prefer a nice soft and low pillow, or have a very soft mattress. This allows you to sink your shoulder deeply into the mattress, requiring a less high pillow.
Firm - This is recommended primarily for side sleepers. Also for those who prefer a high and firm pillow, or have a medium to firm mattress. Your shoulder will not sink in as much, and you will need a higher pillow for good support.

The cover is made of Tencel. Tencel is elastic, supple, and silky soft. Tencel® is a 100% natural fabric that breathes well, absorbs and releases moisture very effectively, and feels cool to the touch. The ticking is also treated with GreenFirst®, making it suitable for people with allergies. The fabric is also specially treated to effectively combat dust mites. The pillowcase is washable up to 40°C. Please note: do not wash the memory foam core!
