“What does waking up well-rested look like for you?”
When we asked each other this question during a break, the answers varied widely. Some of the responses were: “that I don’t have any aches or pains,” “that I wake up before the alarm,” “that I’m no longer tired,” “that I feel ready for the day,” “that I feel energised” and “happy, that I genuinely look forward to the day.” The answers ranged from physical aspects, such as waking up pain-free, to more mental aspects, like feeling cheerful and motivated for the day.

The next question is therefore quite logical: how do you wake up feeling well-rested? To wake up refreshed, it is essential that you’ve had a good night’s sleep. But how do you actually achieve that? There are countless theories and just as many tips on the subject.
How do you achieve relaxation?
You can approach it from a mental perspective: how do you reduce stress and tension and achieve relaxation, which almost always has a direct positive effect on your sleep quality? On the other hand, there’s the physical side such as a sore shoulder, back pain, or neck discomfort which can often be significantly reduced or even resolved with the right sleep setup.
When it comes to sleep essentials, that’s where we come in. Our fully stocked warehouse is filled with a wide range of pillows, duvets, and mattresses to help you enjoy a great night’s sleep.
The Ideal Matress
Every sleeping position has its own requirements. Side sleepers are the most common, and they are also the easiest to support properly. For side sleepers, it is important that the spine remains as straight as possible. When choosing a mattress, the rule is: the softer the mattress, the higher or firmer your pillow should be. This is because you sink deeper into a softer mattress, increasing the gap between your head and the mattress so this space needs to be properly supported.
The ideal mattress for back sleepers supports the natural S-curve of the spine as much as possible. Both firmer and softer mattresses can be suitable for this.
The stomach sleeper is a story of its own. This sleeping position is the most difficult to support properly.

Start with the basics
Alongside some of our favourite mottos such as “nature cleans best with nature” and “with a cotton mattress protector, you’re ready for every season” our most important principle is: you spend a third of your life in bed, so make sure it’s a good one. And where do you start? Exactly with the foundation: the mattress. Just like the foundation of a house, your mattress is essential to get right. It is literally the foundation of your night’s sleep.
Support from your mattress
As mentioned, you spend more than a third of your life sleeping or at least trying to. The purpose of a mattress is to support your body in such a way that it has the time and opportunity to fully rest. Support is truly the key word here. When your body is properly supported in the right places, you give it the chance to relax. Where that support is needed depends largely on your sleeping position. A stomach sleeper naturally requires different support than a side sleeper.

Savanne Modular Pocket Spring Mattress
The Savanne Modular Pocket Spring Mattress features a core of no fewer than ten interchangeable modules. Each of these modules has its own firmness level (ranging from extra soft to extra firm), allowing you to determine your ideal support for optimal comfort. The top layer can be easily unzipped, giving you quick access to the modules so you can swap them as needed.
High-quality cold foam
The top layer of this premium modular mattress is made from HR80 Softtech, a high-quality cold foam. HR80 means that no less than 80 kg of foam is used per cubic metre. With excellent moisture regulation and ventilation, an HR80 top layer provides the best support and the most comfortable sleeping experience!
The lower back of a stomach sleeper is already under considerable strain. As difficult as it may be, try to switch your sleeping position to your side or back as much as possible. If you really prefer to keep sleeping on your stomach, make sure to choose a firmer mattress to prevent your lower back from sinking too far.
Optimal freedom of choice for everyone
How great is it that, regardless of your sleeping position, you can easily adjust the comfort of your mattress yourself in no time? Because what we want to offer you is optimal freedom of choice. A mattress that provides the right support every night and gives you full control over its firmness and comfort.
Unlike some other foam mattresses, an HR80 mattress does not suffer from sagging and ensures you never sleep too warm.
You can probably imagine that this makes us incredibly happy. We confidently say that this modular mattress is the ideal choice for every type of sleeper. And if your sleep needs change over time, there’s no need to buy a completely new mattress you can simply swap the modules. Truly a mattress for everyone, for every moment, and for every need.
