If you are not satisfied with an item, you can easily exchange or return it. We also understand that you may feel disappointed, as choosing the right duvet or pillow is not something you decide in just one night. We are, of course, happy to help you find the right product. Did you know that the right of withdrawal for online purchases is legally set at 14 days? Only products that are made specifically for you are excluded from returns and exchanges. You will be clearly informed of this on the product page for such items. The 14-day period begins once you have received all items from your order.
During this period, you may inspect the goods to assess the product’s characteristics and functionality. To prevent or protect against signs of use, we recommend using a protective cover, such as a mattress or pillow protector.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within the 14-day reflection period. Preferably, you can do so using this return form, although you may also submit your request by letter or email. You may also use the standard withdrawal form if you prefer. Click here to download it. After the 14-day period has expired, the purchase agreement becomes final.
If you withdraw from the agreement and do not wish to exchange the product, you will receive a full refund of all payments made up to that point, including any delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will reimburse you using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
Items that are made specifically to your request and tailored to your personal preferences are excluded from exchange and return. Weids Living and Sleeping may hold you liable for any reduction in value if the item does not meet the criteria below when returned or exchanged:
- The item has not been used
- The item is clean, complete, and undamaged
- All labels and tags are still attached to the item
- The original factory packaging is, where possible, undamaged and not written on or sealed with tape
- For mosquito nets, bed linen, and bath textiles, these must not have been removed from their packaging (you may of course open the packaging to see and feel the fabric, but it is not necessary to remove the item completely).
Please note! Have you participated in a promotional gift campaign and/or received a free item with your order? In that case, you are no longer entitled to keep it if you return your order. The gift must also be returned. If this is not done, we will charge you the retail price of the item and/or deduct it from the refund amount.
Partial Return
If you return only part of your order, this is considered a partial return. As a result, the total purchase amount after the return may fall below the threshold for free shipping. In that case, we will deduct the shipping costs that we originally covered from the amount to be refunded.
After registering your return, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back to us. If you wish to exchange an item, you can indicate this via the return form. Once your return has been registered, you can simply send the parcel back to us via your local post office. Our address can also be found on the packing slip included with your order.
The costs and risk of the return shipment are your responsibility. Depending on the value of the contents of your parcel, we recommend sending it with insurance. Should anything unexpectedly go wrong with your shipment, you will then be able to file a claim with the delivery service.
