It is very common that after years of intensive use, the resilience and quality of your pillow filling deteriorates. This happens even though your Silvana Support pillow itself is still perfectly fine. In that case, you'll be glad if your Silvana Comfort and Support pillow is equipped with a zipper. You can then easily refill it with these refill bags. The bags contain approximately 200 grams of filling. Even if you find your pillow just a bit too soft or too low, you can easily adjust it with a little extra filling:
Colorfill Red (Comforel® Soft)
Colorfill® Red is the softest synthetic material available. These fiber balls feel wonderfully soft, providing the most comfortable support. Colorfill® Red is used for the Silvana Support Red (Grenat), Silvana Comfort Red, Silvana Start, Silvana Start Up, and Silvana Rebound.
Colorfill Orange (Comforel Eco2)
Fluffable and supportive, shape-retaining hollow fiber balls made from strictly selected recycled PET material. These synthetic balls are environmentally friendly and have an EU environmental certificate, resulting in a final saving of 77% in energy consumption and 80% in CO2 emissions. This filling is used for the Silvana Support Saphir, Silvana Comfort Orange, Silvana Relax Soft, and Silvana Smash.
Colorfill Blue (Dacron Comforel®)
Colorfill Blue® filling consists of soft synthetic fiber balls and ensures your pillow is wonderfully soft and airy. This filling is used for the Silvana Support Blue (Fluorine) and Silvana Comfort Blue.
Colorfill Purple (Quallofil Premium)
Colorfill® Purple consists of very high-quality synthetic hollow fibers, spun into balls. These fiber balls are very light, fluffy, and can be fluffed up. This filling is used for the Silvana Support Purple (Emerald) and Silvana Comfort Purple.
Colorfil Yellow (latex sticks & fiber balls)
Latex originates from the rubber tree. A process of heating and cooling creates Vita Talalay® latex with the best properties in terms of flexibility, breathability, and moisture regulation. This natural material is used in premium pillows. The combination with synthetic fiber balls makes the filling even softer and airier. The following Silvana pillows are filled with this material: Silvana Support Yellow (Cristal) - Comfort Yellow - Relax Medium.
Colorfill Green: (latex sticks & fiber balls)
Latex originates from the rubber tree. A process of heating and cooling creates Vita Talalay® latex with the best properties in terms of flexibility, breathability, and moisture regulation. This natural material is used in premium pillows. The combination with synthetic fiber balls makes the filling softer and airier. The proportion of latex in this mix is higher, making the filling feel firmer than Collorfill yellow. The following Silvana pillows are filled with this material: Silvana Comfort Green.

Step 2 - When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, click the shopping cart button in the top-right corner and then select 'Checkout.' Fill in the order form completely (if you are already logged in, this is not necessary). Then choose your preferred payment method. Each payment option comes with a brief explanation. If you prefer to pay later, select 'Bank Transfer' or 'Riverty' (to pay after receiving your order). You can also pick up your order in person and pay in our showroom by selecting 'Pickup by Appointment.'
Step 3 - Carefully check all your entries at each step and submit the form at the last step by clicking the 'Confirm' button. Before completing the order, you must accept our Terms and Conditions by clicking the acceptance button. By doing so, you agree that our Terms and Conditions are binding. After confirming, you will automatically be directed to a confirmation page with all order details (you will also receive this order confirmation via email). Afterwards, you will receive two more emails: the first contains the invoice, which also serves as your warranty, please keep it safe! The second email contains the shipping confirmation, including a Track & Trace code so you can easily follow your shipment.
