Snoozing is a global health problem. There, I’ve said it. I probably won’t make myself popular with that statement, but I’m going to say it anyway. Snoozing is addictive and it’s unhealthy, and yet almost all of us do it again every morning.
So what is it about snoozing that makes it so tempting? How bad can it really be, and why is it wise to keep it to a minimum?

Micro habits. It sounds interesting! but what does it actually mean, and what does it have to do with your sleep? To explain that properly, we first need to recognise that we are all, without exception, creatures of habit. And there’s nothing wrong with that. It gives us stability, provides structure, and makes life a little easier. But how do you change a habit that isn’t actually good for you?
