Revolutionary Production Process

During weaving, the Tencel fibers are coated on the underside with Perlam, a wafer-thin layer of polyurethane, using a revolutionary production process. This weaving and laminating occurs simultaneously, ensuring the fabric remains supple and elastic. The combination of Tencel and polyurethane allows the fabric to breathe while preventing moisture penetration. This prevents perspiration from reaching the pillow.

Unique Microcapsules

A unique vacuum layer with microscopic capsules is applied between the Tencel and the laminate layer. When the temperature rises, the core of these microcapsules liquefies and absorbs heat energy. They release this heat again when the temperature in the bed drops and the capsules solidify. This continuously regulates the sleeping temperature, ensuring the pillow never exceeds 28 degrees Celsius. The sleeping temperature is optimal, and the body (your head) sweats less. This production system is called Phase Change Material (PCM).
