In the Silvana Support® collection, everyone can find the pillow that suits them. But for when it can be a little more luxurious and beautiful, there is the renewed Silvana Support® Royale pillow.

The Silvana Support® Royale Blue (slightly firm) is slightly firmer than the purple variant from the Silvana Support® Royale collection. The pillow is extremely suitable if you sleep on a firm mattress and are of average or larger than average build.

The wonderfully soft and well moisture-regulating bamboo/cotton ticking, together with the filling of high-quality Nextlife® down and the neck support, ensures ultimate sleeping comfort. The recycled Nextlife® down (70% down and 30% feathers) is a very sustainable filling material and also super clean and hypoallergenic. The down undergoes a very thorough wash before use, after which it is dried, sterilized, and de-dusted at high temperature. It then undergoes a strict quality test, and only the very best down is used. The down feels wonderfully soft, is resilient, and retains its shape for a long time. Moreover, down has a high moisture-regulating and ventilating capacity and can be recycled after use. That's good for the environment.

Silvana Support Royale, which size?

The Silvana Support Royale comes in 3 sizes:

• 40 x 80 cm (this is the standard size in Germany)
• 50 x 70 cm (often bought by taller people, who gain 10 cm of extra mattress length with this pillow)
• 60 x 70 cm (this is the standard size in the Netherlands)

Neck support

The neck support of the Silvana Support Royale is made of Vita Talalay® Latex. This high-quality latex is more flexible and better ventilated than ordinary latex. The neck indentation also ensures that the pillow smoothly follows the head and neck, allowing the cervical vertebrae to lie relaxed. The pillow has a zipper on the bottom, so you can replace the neck support over the years.

This way your pillow will last the longest

To enjoy your cushion for a long time, here are a few tips to extend its lifespan;

• We therefore advise to shake the cushion daily and to air it regularly.
• Additionally, use a molton pillowcase under your regular pillowcase. The molton absorbs a lot of (perspiration) moisture, so your pillow stays fresh and in good condition. Wash both pillowcases weekly.
• You can give the Support Royale cushion a refresh now and then by placing it in the tumble dryer for approx. 15 minutes on a low temperature. Make sure to remove the neck support first. This will remove all moisture, fluff up the cushion, and restore the down to its original volume. Do this on a low drying setting, and preferably add 2-3 tennis balls.

Maintenance

Attention!Washing requires strict adherence to the washing and drying instructions. We do not recommend washing the pillow, but for extra hygiene and a longer lifespan of the pillow, we recommend using an extra molton pillowcase.These molton pillowcasescompletely absorb perspiration. The pillowcases are not only wonderfully soft and washable at 60 degrees, they are also treated against dust mites.

The Silvana Support® Royale can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius if necessary. Wash the pillow only in exceptional cases and remove the neck support before washing. Ensure that the pillow is washed in a clean washing machine, free of grease and/or soap residue in the drum. Use the highest spin speed to remove as much moisture as possible. If necessary, let the washing machine spin an extra time to ensure the pillow comes out of the machine as dry as possible.

After washing, the cushion must be thoroughly dried immediately in the tumble dryer. Preferably dry at a low temperature. Ensure that the cushion is completely dry and tumble dry it a second or multiple times if necessary. If the cushion is still damp, an unpleasant odour may develop.
