We know better than anyone how difficult it is to choose from the many Silvana Support models. That is why we offer you a free exchange. If the support pillow you received turns out to be too firm or too soft, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your pillow via this return form. After receiving the return sticker, you have another 24 hours to return the pillow. We do assume that you have tested the pillow, as you would have done in our showroom. Used pillows cannot be exchanged, of course.
The Silvana Support pillow
With the Silvana Support pillow (the well-known one with the faces), everyone can now sleep soundly. Neck support pillows provide the best night's sleep, as experts and millions of satisfied users all agree. However, this same neck support is sometimes perceived as an uncomfortable part of the otherwise comfortable pillow, as if you are being forced into the correct sleeping position. And not everyone finds that pleasant.
With the shoulder contour in the neck support of the Silvana Support, you won't experience that. The yoke-shaped contour smoothly follows the head and neck, yet the pillow still provides support in such a way that the spine remains straight, whether you sleep on your back or your side. The three differently filled top compartments ensure a relaxed spine because the head sinks in a bit more when lying on your back and is positioned a bit higher when lying on your side. And the wedge shape of the pillow ensures the filling stays where it belongs: under the head, not at the top of the pillow.

Het kussen is fantastisch. Ik had al menige jaren ervaring met een Sylvana Kussen. En na eigenlijk veels te lang gebruik, toch maar weer eens een nieuwe gekocht. Ik hou van die stevigheid. En die stevigheid blijft er jarenlang inzitten. Mijn kussen gaat overal mee naar toe, waar ik slaap. Zelfs mee naar het ziekenhuis. Ik ben 100% tevreden en zal mijn gezinsleden er ook maar 's een gaan geven.

Step 2 - When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, click the shopping cart button in the top-right corner and then select 'Checkout.' Fill in the order form completely (if you are already logged in, this is not necessary). Then choose your preferred payment method. Each payment option comes with a brief explanation. If you prefer to pay later, select 'Bank Transfer' or 'Riverty' (to pay after receiving your order). You can also pick up your order in person and pay in our showroom by selecting 'Pickup by Appointment.'
Step 3 - Carefully check all your entries at each step and submit the form at the last step by clicking the 'Confirm' button. Before completing the order, you must accept our Terms and Conditions by clicking the acceptance button. By doing so, you agree that our Terms and Conditions are binding. After confirming, you will automatically be directed to a confirmation page with all order details (you will also receive this order confirmation via email). Afterwards, you will receive two more emails: the first contains the invoice, which also serves as your warranty, please keep it safe! The second email contains the shipping confirmation, including a Track & Trace code so you can easily follow your shipment.
