The Savanne Suverein all-year duvet (warmth class 3) is most suitable for warm sleepers who are looking for a duvet for the whole year or for bedrooms with an average temperature around 16 to 20 °C. For warmer bedrooms, we recommend the wonderfully light and airy summer duvet (warmth class 4). The all-year duvet is equipped with buttonholes on both long sides, making it easy to connect to the Suverein summer duvet. You can now easily purchase the all-year duvet first and then decide later to also purchase the Suverein summer duvet. Together, both duvets make a super comfortable and warm down winter duvet (warmth class 1). Anti-Allergic and Dust Mite Free This wonderful 90% duck down duvet is washable up to 60 °C and suitable for tumble drying. This makes it extremely suitable for people with dust mite allergies. The ticking (the cover) of the duvet has the NOMITE and Oeko-Tex labels. The NOMITE label indicates that you are dealing with a duvet that is suitable for people with dust mite allergies. The Oeko-Tex label guarantees that this duck down duvet is free from harmful substances that pose a risk to human health. Downafresh® Greenline and DOWNPASS Certified The Downafresh® greenline label is a certification mark of the European Down & Feather Association (EDFA). This is a collaboration of the most important down and feather processing companies in Europe. The label unites manufacturers who adhere to the code of conduct regarding animal welfare. This certification also guarantees: that the filling material meets the hygiene requirements of EN 12935. that no aggressive agents were used in production and that the filling material is biodegradable after its period of use. that the origin of the filling material is documented and that the filling material does not come from live plucking (independently checked by IDFL). In addition, this duvet also has the DOWNPASS certification. The DOWNPASS proves that the down and feathers from waterfowl (ducks and geese), used as filling material in duvets and pillows, have been obtained in an ethically responsible manner and are also subjected to strict quality control. Filling weight 140 x 200 cm - approx. 500 grams 140 x 220 cm - approx. 550 grams 155 x 220 cm - approx. 600 grams 200 x 200 cm - approx. 700 grams 200 x 220 cm - approx. 770 grams 240 x 200 cm - approx. 800 grams 240 x 220 cm - approx. 880 grams 260 x 220 cm - approx. 960 grams Origin All down and feathers processed by our supplier originate from (primarily Dutch) slaughterhouses. This means that this down and feathers come from ducks and geese that are bred for consumption, are subsequently slaughtered, and only then are their down and feathers removed. Down and feathers are not the primary products of the duck or goose; the meat is the main product. Since May 2000, European legislation prohibits 'live plucking'. Weids Wonen & Slapen fully supports this legislation and is committed to ensuring strict international compliance. Weids Wonen & Slapen knows its supplier and regulates the supply chains of the raw materials delivered to it. This specifically means that Weids Wonen & Slapen informs its suppliers that 'live plucking' is unacceptable, that the origin of the raw materials must be stated, and that raw materials from suspicious countries and sources will not and cannot be accepted. Order extra affordably! This wonderfully full down pillow Suverein from Savanne is generously filled with approx. 1200 grams of duck down (15%) and duck feathers. Thanks to this fine mix, it is a full and flippable pillow that provides good support for your head and neck. Sleeping on a down pillow is like sleeping with your head on clouds. You can sink your head into it. Down has been used as a filling for pillows and duvets for decades. Thanks to the natural curl of the duck feathers, this Suverein pillow has good resilience. The duck down ensures that this pillow feels wonderfully voluminous and soft. Anti-allergic and dust mite free The Suverein down pillow is extremely suitable for people with dust mite allergies. Because down ventilates well, an unfavorable living environment is created for dust mites (dust mites thrive in a humid environment). The Suverein pillow is washable up to 60 °C. More than enough to be 100% anti-allergic! To restore the volume to your down pillow, it is best to put the down pillow in the dryer for a while.
