The mattress core
The core of the Savanne Combi pocket spring mattress consists of approx. 300 pockets per m2. These pockets are individually packed in separate bags, so they can react independently of each other. The pockets are approx. 16 cm high, 6-turn conical in shape, and electrothermically hardened (guaranteeing they last a lifetime). The pocket springs are available in 2 thicknesses:
1.6/1.8 mm = Medium - mattress for people weighing up to 120 kg
1.8/2.0 mm = Firm - mattress for people weighing over 120 kg
The Savanne Combi pocket spring mattress is divided into 5 zones, which provide perfect support for the neck, shoulder, and pelvic areas. The pocket springs in these zones differ in firmness due to the use of different wire thicknesses. This ensures maximum support for the spine in its natural shape and allows all your muscles to relax.
The core of the mattress is standardly covered with a pressure distributor, a comfort foam sheet (HR35S). A unique feature of the Savanne Combi pocket spring mattress is the ability to choose your own comfort level (cover sheet). You can choose from:
Comfort foam HR35S (basic model for those who like a nice firm mattress)
Cold foam HR55100 (nice comfortable and resilient mattress)
Angel Pearl Memory Foam (super soft moldable mattress, conforms completely to the body)

The cover (ticking) of the Savanne Combi pocket spring mattress
The mattress is finished with a luxurious 480 gr. quilted ticking filled with approx. 200 gr/m2 superfine hollow fiber. This ensures optimal insulation and excellent moisture balance. This ticking is removable and washable at 40 degrees.
The mattress ticking is specially treated and carries the Aegis Premium quality mark. This is a quality mark for high-tech mattresses, where both the ticking and the underlying comfort filling have the following functions:
Anti-allergenic
Aegis Premium offers optimal protection against house dust mites and microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. Aegis Premium is a high-tech coating that is present on both the fibers of the mattress fabric and in the comfort filling. Microorganisms that come into contact with this coating cannot develop further. Aegis Premium stops the growth of bacteria and fungi, which are the main cause of unpleasant odors.
Moisture-regulating
The mattress fabric is equipped with a Passerelle coating, and the top layer of the comfort filling consists of Climawatt. This excellent combination of both the mattress ticking and the comfort filling ensures remarkable moisture absorption and accelerated distribution of moisture over a larger surface area of the mattress. The transported moisture can therefore evaporate faster and more efficiently. This prevents moisture buildup in your mattress, which is an ideal environment for the development of microorganisms.
The total height of the Savanne Combi pocket spring mattress is approx. 23 cm thick. The mattress is suitable for all types of bed bases and does not need to be turned. That's convenient.
