Polyether mattress SG30
Our polyether mattresses have a fine cell structure combined with a high Specific Gravity (SG). These polyether mattresses are therefore suitable for regular use. Furthermore, all our mattresses are CFC-free.
A polyether mattress is made of polyurethane foam. Polyurethane foam has average resilience. A lot or a little air can be added to the foam. The amount of air ultimately determines the resilience of the polyether mattress. The amount of air used per cubic meter is indicated by the specific gravity (SG). The higher the specific gravity (also called mass density), the more resilient, durable, and comfortable the polyether mattress is.
For example: with a mattress with SG30, the foam weighs 30 kg per cubic meter. This polyether mattress will feel soft and springy. A polyether mattress with SG45 will feel firmer. The average lifespan of a good quality polyether mattress is approx. 7-10 years.
Polyether mattress SG30-14 This mattress is extremely suitable for children and adults with a body weight of up to approx. 80 kg. The mattress is approx. 16 cm thick (14 cm core). If you are heavier, we recommend a cold foam mattress. This provides much better and firmer support.
The bamboo cover of the polyether mattress
Our polyether mattress has a luxurious double-woven and quilted removable bamboo cover. The bamboo mattress cover ensures optimal ventilation and moisture regulation. Due to the bamboo fibers, the mattress ticking acts as air conditioning, cool in summer, warm in winter! Bamboo fibers have a highly absorbent porous structure that allows the fabric to absorb moisture and perspiration more easily and faster than cotton or (semi) synthetic fabrics. Bamboo textile is a very comfortable, silky soft, environmentally friendly, bacteria-fighting, quick-drying, and cooling material. Bamboo naturally contains a unique component that prevents and eliminates fungi and harmful bacteria.
3D Ventilation Band
The mattress cover is double-woven, quilted, and filled with 300 grams of Dacron. This filling provides wonderful soft comfort and good ventilation. As an extra option, this can be reinforced with an additional 3D ventilation band with honeycomb, which is then applied around the mattress ticking. This is highly recommended for hygiene and durability. You must order this as an extra option.
The mattress cover has a 3-sided zipper, so you can easily zip it around your mattress core. The mattress cover is washable at 60 degrees, but we recommend 40 degrees. Especially if the washing machine is very full, the temperature in the washing machine often gets much higher, and the last thing you want is for the cover to shrink.
Our bamboo mattress covers are made in the Netherlands and meet strict production requirements. This mattress cover is free of toxic substances, anti-allergenic, and free of bacteria and house dust mites.
Anti-allergenic
Aegis Premium® offers optimal protection against house dust mites and microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. Aegis Premium® is a high-tech coating that is present on both the fibers of the mattress fabric and in the comfort filling. Microorganisms that come into contact with this coating cannot develop further. Aegis Premium® also stops the growth of bacteria and fungi, which are the main cause of unpleasant odors.
Moisture-regulating
Aegis Premium® guarantees optimal moisture regulation! For thermal comfort, it is important that moisture is quickly wicked away, as you lose body heat in a clammy environment. The mattress fabric is also equipped with a Passerelle™ coating, and the top layer of the comfort filling consists of Climawatt®. This excellent combination of both the mattress ticking and the comfort filling ensures remarkable moisture absorption and accelerated distribution of moisture over a larger surface area of the mattress. The transported moisture can therefore evaporate faster and more efficiently, preventing moisture buildup in your mattress.
The polyether mattress is suitable for all well-ventilated flat and adjustable bed bases.

Mattresses up to 160x200 cm wide can be shipped via PostNL. We will cover the shipping costs for this. Larger mattresses must be shipped via large transport. The costs for this are therefore much higher. We will cover part of this, but unfortunately must also pass on a part to you. We hope for your understanding.
