The Ducky Dons Double Face pillow literally has two faces. This down pillow has a soft chamber on one side and a firm chamber on the other. The soft chamber is filled with 90% Dutch duck down. The firm chamber is filled with duck feathers. Thus, this pillow has a soft and a firm side.
The Ducky Dons Double Face down pillow is anti-allergenic and features the Nomite and Downafresh® Greenline quality marks.
Nomite® is a quality mark from the European Down & Feather Association (EDFA). This is a collaboration of the most important down and feather processing companies in Europe. A down pillow with the Nomite label is ideally suited for people with a dust mite allergy. These down pillows have a very tightly woven cover that prevents dust mites from penetrating.
Downafresh® Greenline is a quality mark from the European Down & Feather Association (EDFA). This is a collaboration of the most important down and feather processing companies in Europe. The label means that the filling material meets the hygiene requirements of EN 12935, no aggressive agents are used in production, the filling material is biodegradable after its useful life, the manufacturer adheres to the code of conduct regarding animal welfare, the origin of the filling material is documented, and the filling material is not obtained from live plucking.
Unfortunately, you cannot wash the Ducky Dons Double Face pillow yourself (but you can have it dry cleaned). Therefore, we recommend using a Tencel pillowcase. With a Tencel pillowcase, you will significantly extend the lifespan of your pillow. Additionally, you are guaranteed to sleep 100% hygienically and dust mite-free with a Tencel pillowcase.

Step 2 - When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, click the shopping cart button in the top-right corner and then select 'Checkout.' Fill in the order form completely (if you are already logged in, this is not necessary). Then choose your preferred payment method. Each payment option comes with a brief explanation. If you prefer to pay later, select 'Bank Transfer' or 'Riverty' (to pay after receiving your order). You can also pick up your order in person and pay in our showroom by selecting 'Pickup by Appointment.'
Step 3 - Carefully check all your entries at each step and submit the form at the last step by clicking the 'Confirm' button. Before completing the order, you must accept our Terms and Conditions by clicking the acceptance button. By doing so, you agree that our Terms and Conditions are binding. After confirming, you will automatically be directed to a confirmation page with all order details (you will also receive this order confirmation via email). Afterwards, you will receive two more emails: the first contains the invoice, which also serves as your warranty, please keep it safe!
