The ticking of this pillow is stitched so tightly that dust mites cannot penetrate it. This is ideal for people with a dust mite allergy. The Castella pillow is independently tested for this property by the German institute Nomite. The Ducky Dons pillow also carries the Downafresh® Greenline label. This label guarantees that the filling material meets hygienic requirements, that the code of conduct for animal welfare is followed, and that the filling material is not obtained from live plucking.
You cannot wash the pillow yourself (but it can be dry cleaned). Therefore, we recommend using a Tencel pillow protector. A Tencel pillow protector significantly extends the lifespan of your pillow. Additionally, with a Tencel pillow protector, you are guaranteed to sleep 100% hygienically clean.

Fill in the order form completely (if you are already logged in, this is not necessary). Then choose your preferred payment method. Each payment option comes with a brief explanation. If you prefer to pay later, select 'Bank Transfer' or 'Riverty' (to pay after receiving your order). You can also pick up your order in person and pay in our showroom by selecting 'Pickup by Appointment.'
Step 3 - Carefully check all your entries at each step and submit the form at the last step by clicking the 'Confirm' button. Before completing the order, you must accept our Terms and Conditions by clicking the acceptance button. By doing so, you agree that our Terms and Conditions are binding. After confirming, you will automatically be directed to a confirmation page with all order details (you will also receive this order confirmation via email). Afterwards, you will receive two more emails: the first contains the invoice, which also serves as your warranty, please keep it safe! The second email contains the shipping confirmation, including a Track & Trace code so you can easily follow your shipment.
