Cold foam mattress
Cold foam, or HR foam, is a polyurethane foam, just like polyether and memory foam. Cold foam has an open-cell structure, which allows for better air and moisture ventilation compared to a polyether mattress. Due to its high resilience, sagging does not occur with this cold foam mattress, resulting in a much longer lifespan than that of a polyether mattress.
The density of a cold foam mattress is indicated by HR. HR stands for 'high resilience'. The higher the number, the better the point elasticity, resilience, and durability of the mattress. Point elasticity is the ability to compress a specific part of the mattress without a large area of the mattress springing back, allowing it to conform well to the body's contours. The better the mattress conforms, the more precise the support.
The cold foam mattress with an HR of 45 is a nice firm and solid mattress with good support. The cold foam mattress with an HR of 55 is a softer and more flexible mattress that conforms better to the body.
Bamboo mattress cover
The Bamboo mattress cover ensures optimal ventilation and moisture regulation. The bamboo fibers in the mattress ticking act like air conditioning, cool in the summer and warm in the winter! Bamboo fibers have a highly absorbent porous structure that allows the fabric to absorb moisture and perspiration more easily and quickly than cotton or (semi) synthetic fabrics. Bamboo textile is a very comfortable, silky soft, environmentally friendly, bacteria-inhibiting, quick-drying, and cooling material. Bamboo naturally contains a unique component that prevents and repels fungi and harmful bacteria.
3D Ventilation Band
The mattress cover is double-sided, quilted, and filled with 300 grams of Dacron. This filling provides wonderful soft comfort and good ventilation. As an additional option, this can be reinforced with an extra 3D ventilation band with a honeycomb structure, which is then applied around the mattress ticking. This is highly recommended for hygiene and durability. You must order this as anadditional optionwhen ordering.
The mattress cover has a 3-sided zipper, allowing you to easily zip it around your mattress core. The mattress cover is washable at 60 degrees, but we recommend 40 degrees. Especially if the washing machine is very full, the temperature in the washing machine often gets much higher, and the last thing you want is for the cover to shrink.
Our bamboo mattress covers are made in the Netherlands and meet strict production requirements. This mattress cover is free of toxic substances, hypoallergenic, and free of bacteria and dust mites.
Anti-allergic
Aegis Premium® offers optimal protection against dust mites and microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. Aegis Premium® is a high-tech coating applied to both the fibers of the mattress fabric and the comfort filling. Microorganisms that come into contact with this coating cannot develop further. Aegis Premium® also stops the growth of bacteria and fungi, which are the main cause of unpleasant odors.
Moisture-regulating
Aegis Premium® guarantees optimal moisture regulation! For thermal comfort, it is important that moisture is quickly wicked away, as you lose body heat in a clammy environment. The mattress fabric is also equipped with a Passerelle™ coating, and the top layer of the comfort filling consists of Climawatt®. This excellent combination of both the mattress ticking and the comfort filling ensures remarkable moisture absorption and accelerated distribution of moisture over a larger surface area of the mattress topper. The transported moisture can therefore evaporate faster and more efficiently, preventing moisture buildup in your mattress.
Sustainable sleep
Cold foam mattresses have a long lifespan, but the lifespan varies depending on the HR content. On average, a cold foam mattress with HR45 has a lifespan of 12 to 15 years.

Mattresses up to 160x200 cm wide can be shipped via PostNL. We will cover the shipping costs for these. Larger mattresses must be shipped via large transport. The costs for this are therefore considerably higher. We will cover a portion of these costs, but unfortunately, we must also pass on a portion to you. We hope for your understanding.
