The Texels Classic DeLuxe Wool 4-Season Duvet consists of a summer part filled with 225 g/m² pure Texel virgin wool (warmth class 4) and a spring/autumn part of 425 g/m² (warmth class 3). In winter, you can quickly and easily connect both duvet parts using a zipper, ensuring you sleep wonderfully warm and comfortable under the winter duvet (warmth class 1) even on the coldest nights.

Our Texel virgin wool has a fine crimp and a high lanolin (wool fat) content. The quality of the crimp ensures excellent insulation and ventilation. Mold formation in our wool duvets is therefore virtually impossible. Molds require not only warmth but also high humidity. Because our wool ventilates exceptionally well and regulates its own temperature, it creates a wonderfully cool and dry climate. Pure virgin wool is thus not a favorable environment for dust mites.

Lanolin makes the wool self-cleaning, antibacterial, and dirt-repellent. Equally important, lanolin prevents the wool from becoming dry and 'prickly.' Due to the natural resilience of Texel virgin wool, the duvet always maintains its shape. Breaking or crushing of the wool is impossible.
