What is the advantage of a pillow with a luxurious hotel look

An extra wide pillow, which is the same width as the bed/mattress, we call a 'Bed Size Pillow'. These extra wide pillows are often found in hotels. It's not for nothing that hotel beds always look so beautifully made up. Hotel pillows play a large part in this. The height of the Bed Size Pillow is 50 cm. This is a perfect height for back support when you lean against it to read a book, for example. Especially when combined with your own pillow. This creates a perfectly relaxed reading setting.

Our Bed Size Pillows are finished with a high-quality cover. This fabric fits your Bed Size Pillow like a glove and is made of 100% finely woven cotton. Thanks to the light cotton cover, you achieve even greater sleeping comfort.

For the Bed Size Pillow, you have a choice of 2 types of fillings: 100% Natural Sheep Wool or Aerelle Blue - RPet balls (made from ethically recovered ocean plastic and plastic bottles). Both are sustainable choices, and that makes for even better sleep! The Bed Size Pillow has a zipper on the short sideon the side, allowing you to easily refill or replace the filling over time.

Bed Size Pillow filled with 100% Natural Sheep Wool

The advantage of the wool filling compared to the Aerelle Blue - RPet filling is that the wool ventilates much better. Especially when you use the Bed Size Pillow close to your body, this is a nice advantage compared to the synthetic version. The resilience of wool is also better than that of other filling fibers, so the bolster with wool filling will provide better support/counter-pressure. However, the Bed Size Pillow filled with wool is considerably heavier than the one filled with Aerelle Blue - RPet balls.

This special filling is made from, among other things, ethically recovered ocean plastic and plastic bottles, which are collected by Plastic Bank - Social Plastic - and recycled into resilient fiber balls. This creates an environmentally friendly filling material that is also wonderfully soft. This guarantees a wonderful and carefree sleep comfort.

Maintenance and washing of the Bed Size Pillow

Our Bed Size Pillows have a short zipper on the side, allowing you to easily add filling if you want to refill or replace the filling over time. If you want to wash the Bed Size Pillow with wool filling, you must first remove the wool filling. Then you can wash the fixed cover. You cannot wash the wool filling itself, of course.

The Bed Size Pillow with Aerelle Blue RPet filling can be easily washed at up to 40 °C and can also be tumble dried, which is very convenient.
